Long-term Experiment to research E-cigarettes
After the electronic cigarette triumphantly entered global markets, causing serious damage to tobacco companies, while helping people get rid of tobacco addiction, the question arose repeatedly: how does electronic cigarette affect the human organism in case of its regular use.
Following survey results, the following data
was received: 67% of buyers significantly reduced the number of regular cigarettes smoked per day. Team head, Professor Michael Siegel, said that he was confident in the ability of the electronic cigarette to help people quit smoking. He assured everyone that he was not satisfied with what had already been achieved and would continue research on a large scale. According to professor, the main reason for the high effectiveness of electronic cigarettes is a distinct psychological and behavioral factor. After all, an "electronic smoker" does exactly the same actions as a regular one. Moreover, he/ she sees exactly the same "smoke", as one from tobacco. Therefore, visual, taste, tactile and emotional positive sensations enable him/her to take the process of replacing tobacco cigarette with e-cigarette in his/her stride. Furthermore, his/her organism now receives not tobacco smoke with a huge number (over 4,000) of harmful substances, but steam with nicotine being the only harmful substance. And the level of nicotine may be easily reduced down to zero if you do not use it in e-cigarette cartridges. According to the research team, prohibition on sale of electronic cigarettes in some countries or some areas is extremely unreasonable, since the universal distribution of e-cigarettes among smokers could bring a huge contribution to the overall health of humanity. |

Long-term studies have been conducted in
Boston. At the end of 2010, a team of researchers from Boston University School
of Public Health presented the results of their long-term experiments. The team
was headed by Professor Michael Siegel, who at the beginning of the study had
only one question: whether the electronic cigarette helps people give up regular
cigarettes and quit smoking. Researches from Boston University conducted
numerous surveys among regular customers of online stores, as well as among
those who bought the electronic cigarette for the first time. The results of
work were first published on 20/12/2010 in American Journal of Preventive Medicine
